Paste this wherever your app asks for a remote MCP server or custom connector URL.
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors.

Free Claude plans can add one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds it under Organization settings.

Add the connector from your terminal, then run /mcp in Claude Code, choose channelcrawler and sign in.
claude mcp add --transport http channelcrawler https://app.channelcrawler.com/mcp

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use ChannelCrawler in ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. ChannelCrawler has a remote MCP server at https://app.channelcrawler.com/mcp. Add it as a custom connector in Claude or ChatGPT, or as an MCP server in Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, then sign in with your ChannelCrawler account.
Your assistant can then search YouTube channels, read channel profiles and look up brand sponsorships.
Does the ChannelCrawler AI connector cost extra?
No. The connector uses your ChannelCrawler plan's monthly search credits, the same as the website.
A search costs 1 credit per channel returned. A channel profile costs 1 credit, and looking up the same channel again within 24 hours is free. A brand sponsorship lookup uses one of your plan's monthly brand profile views.
Can my AI assistant see creator email addresses?
No. Your assistant can search for channels that have a business email, but contact details are never sent through the connector. Every result links back to ChannelCrawler, where you can unlock emails.
What can a connected AI app do with my ChannelCrawler account?
Access is read-only. A connected app can search channels, read channel profiles and look up brand sponsorships, spending your plan's credits as it does. It can't change your saved lists, account or billing.
You can see every connected app on the Connect AI page in ChannelCrawler and disconnect any of them, which signs that app out straight away.
Do I need an API key to connect ChannelCrawler to my AI?
No. The connector signs in with your ChannelCrawler account, so there is no key to copy.
If you're building your own integration, the ChannelCrawler API uses API keys and pay-per-result credits, and can return contact emails.
