Credits FAQs
How do search credits work?
Each channel shown on a results page counts towards the monthly limit. Limits vary per plan type.
How do email and download credits work?
These allow you to unlock contact emails in app, or alternatively export channel lists in CSV format. Credits are included in your subscription and additional credits can be purchased at any time.
What's the difference between core filters and advanced filters?
Core filters cover niche, location, subscribers, total views and growth rates. All other filters such as views per month, engagement rate, social handle or availability are advanced. All filters are labelled within the app.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, and changes will take effect in your next billing cycle.
