Saving Channels to a List

Run a search Begin by entering the filters you want, such as niche, subscriber count, engagement rate, or location.

Browse through results Review channel profiles in detail. Look at their content, posting consistency, audience reactions, and any brand partnerships. You can do this via their ChannelCrawler profile or by clicking through to their YouTube channel.

Select channels Choose one channel at a time, or select all results on the page using the button at the top.

Create a list Click “Save to List” → give it a name (for example: My First List for Outreach) → and click Create.

Access your saved lists Open your list to see all saved channels in one place. From here, you can:

Export the list

Unlock emails

Download channel summaries

Managing Saved Channels

From the Saved Channels section, you can:

View all your lists

Organise them into folders

Track how many saved channel slots you’ve used (depending on your plan)

Managing saved channels makes it straightforward to run multiple campaigns or categorise influencers without losing track.

Saving Searches

If you regularly run searches with the same filters, you don’t need to start from scratch each time. Instead:

Create a search, setting up your filters as usual.

Then click the folder icon beside the Download button.

Give your search a name and save it.

Now, whenever you return, you can instantly re-run that saved search and pick up where you left off.
